Château grocery shopping morning with Paul & Bekah and my mom-in-law. We had a great Valentine's Day, too...ended up having to make a last-minute run down to the American Consolate in Lyon to get papers notarized for buying the building, and then Jay's parents took us out to a fabulous V-Day dinner on Rue Mercière in Lyon. Wow, I am like totally spoiled these days.

Up in Paris overnight to pick Jay's parents up (they're visiting us on their way back to the States after time in Africa) and for a business meeting for Jay, his dad, and another colleague. Isn't that car the absolute cutest ever?

One of the wings of the Château flooded last night due to a burst pipe. The cool thing is, some of the things that were damaged were things we had already been hoping to fix/replace...and this way insurance will probably cover some of it. Sweet!
