Our château team was invited to lunch at Rosie's home. She is the sweetest lady ever and treated us to an absolutely fabulous lunch of homemade quenelles in her own tomato sauce, chicken-liver cake, coq-au-vin, cardoons, cheese, and an ice cream bûche with fresh fruit salad...we were so spoiled!
