This is Jay's hand, helping himself to what may look like a plate full of salsa...but in actuality he's made the leap and is eating one of his new favorite dishes, steak tartare, which consists of completely raw, finely diced beef, mixed with herbs, spices, and a raw egg. I am so totally proud of him for this!
